I don't have enough evidence for a past issue (or some trust scam), what should I do?

    Hi,

After losing 14 keys to a "friend", I forgot it for a while, then decided to report but the only evidence I have is a pic of that trade on inventory history and a pic of him blocked me. Also if I search deeper, I can find the keys, too.
    So, what should I do?

Unfortunately this is not enough evidence for us to process your report, you can report this to VALVe however following the steps below.

    1. Visit the accused's steam profile
    2. Click the "MORE" drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose "REPORT VIOLATION"
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence, just like you would in one of our reports
    5. Click the "SUBMIT REPORT" button.

Click here to view an animated gif that shows how to report a violation through a user's Steam profile.
