Is it possible to get "unconfirmed reports" removed

I was hijacked and apparently reported for doing a scam for CS:GO items. I recovered the account and thankfully still had the items that were taken and gave them back to the original owner. He and I are now talking and it's decided that this is taken care of. I look at my steam rep and it says I still have an unconfirmed report. How do I get that removed?

That's a really short time-span for a reversal of someone being hijacked.

The original poster of the report needs to confirm he received the items back as well.
