My Report i made is 90% Scarified after i submit it

I have Made A report against someone who scammed me on my payday 2 4-pack and when i finished written it and pressed submit found it almost 90% been Scarified , i dont know why this happened , i try to find the Edit Button and failed ,, please help

thanks for helping sir but i was scammed again and when i filled the report again , the same problem happened to me , i will be so glad if u can correct this
