About two weeks ago or so I decided to try and trade a TF2 hat, Scorching Flames Sole Mate, I won it on the website sweetstakes.tf which I bet on alot along with csgolounge and csgoegg. This was my first time brokering (I almost NEVER trade just buy and sell on market) so I used a person on TF2 which known in Sweetstakes.tf to have relevantly high end hats and be a trader. (Below) This person recently got banned or marked as a scammer on this website. I found this out as I read said person's comment and someone linked the report. Should I be worried? (I assume yes). I do have screenshots of our deal and if it is a scam how would I get the item back? I was about to msg this person I want my items today because I thought it was odd it took two weeks. And I have talked to the person during these two weeks but not recent. I've tried to put as much info into this post as possible but I don't know what to do please help can steam support help at all?

    Getting back your items:
    - Steam Support: Will only solve issues with the trade system itself. Its up to you to be "happy" with the trades you did.
    - Reporting it on Steamrep: only will get your items back if you do a proper report, and he's appealing. (Appeal requirement is repay to victims). Unlikely.
    - Ask the items back. Really depends.

Outside of that, no way to get your items back in any way that we can recommend.

More offenses reported on SteamRep will lower chances for 'm to successfully appeal tho. But for that you need to properly report it here in the reports section.
