PayPal refunding?

    Hey guys,
    i want to sell my CS:GO stuff. I was very unsure about PayPal because i thought the buyer can refund the money after trading! So i contacted PayPal and asked about it! They said that transactions for intangible goods can't be refundet!
    But WHY so much peoble reporting scammers because of this!! Getting the good and refunding the money!
    How is this possible?!

    Well a buyer could say they bought a tangible good and then it's sellers word vs buyers word.

    No i guess he can't! PayPal needs something like a tracking number! Or something that shows PayPal thats a tangible good!

    No they don't. You can mark something as "sent" without ever giving a tracking number. Also he can claim that he never authorized the payment. I suggest you take a look at these articles.
