Paypal scammer database, email linking?

    I feel like chargeback scammers re-use the same paypal account until it gets completely locked, which can often be more than one chargeback victim.

    Also, it would be nice if admins/middlemen could link an email address to their steamrep profile. It wouldn't show on the profile, but if you searched steamrep with an email address it would go to their profile. Reduces impersonator scams.

    Admins / MM's are not supposed to receive the money on MM duties. They handle the items, never the money.
