    Description: I found this person im tf2outpost, added him after day he sent me a massage and asked me if im buying buds for 30 dollars... Checked his steamrep and hours, clean and hours were decent....
    Sent him money and he yust started to declining trade and ignoring me...

    Sent the money as gift and added notes tf2 items. Maybe anyone got any ideas how shoud i write to paypal support, to chargeback the money? Can add screenshots of the paypal transaction ( if needed)
