This scammer here "chin" aka KFC : http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/report-76561198053678648-lai-mui-moon.961/

Moved the 2 scammed hats to his main account and then THE SECOND i added him on his real account "KFC", he WERIDLY traded it back to his scammer account mins after i added him and tried to talk to him.

You can see "Chin" aka KFC was tagged as a scammer right away after the chargeback on feb 22, and then later he transfered both hats to his main account feb 27 and back to his scamming account(when i added him) seen here:

First Hat: http://www.tf2items.com/item/719101276 (exact same time)

Second Hat: http://www.tf2items.com/item/719101277 (exact same time)

Chin's account was tagged as a scammer on Feb 22(seen on the thread above) and the hats were transfered/traded to his main account(kfc) from his scamming account(chin) as seen above on Feb 27th.

He has now smartly transfered the hats to an account that is backpacked blocked.

Very clearly the same hats. Thank you for the report!
