    Victim profile: 76561198229054560

    What happened? Description:
    He asked me: How much for your items?
    And I said 54 for a half and 47 for the 2nd half
    And he paid me with paypal invoice and it sais in terms nd conditions to wait up to 2 hours to be paid. Please ban him.​

    And he paid me with paypal invoice and it sais in terms nd conditions to wait up to 2 hours to be paid. And I didn't get the money in my account.I asked him to give the money to me and he doesn't repond to my message he;s just being afk for a long while. Please ban him.
    What can I do now?​
