What happened? Description:

For of all, i really hope the mod or the admin who will check this report knows that a diffrence in the pattern of the same quality knife can make diffrence in its price.

I was offering a factory new Huntsman slaughter knife with a really good pattern ( 320$ minimum) + a M4 Howl minimum wear (120$) and adds, for a good Full fade M9 fade Factory new.

Bauer (iceC0RE) offered his knife, on my csgolounge thread, i asekd for screenshots, and it was a nice fade (95%) at least, so i asked him to add me, i inspected his knife, and it was the one i was looking for, so we started to negociat, we agreed that i add 10 keys more + my knife and weapon (440$ items), i inspected his knife last time (all good) i invite him to trade, he declines, telling me he needs 2 minutes (he was ingame), then he trade me. i didnt inspect the knife for a 3rd time while in trade window because i already did and this guy have 7+ rep on csgolounge wich is good, and good rep on steam profil. when trade is completed, i luch the game and realise the knife he gave me was only 80% fade and that makes me loose at least 70$.

And i supose the only why he played me, is when he declined first trade invite and asked for 2 min, it was so he can swtich the knifes, the full fade i wanted for a less fade one !

I ask him about this, he tells me i was stupid enaugh not to inspect the knife a last time, i was very disapointed, and made up a story like i had a friend who is a mod on steamrep, wiching he will give le my item back.
He removes me, i add him again, and ask kindly to return my items, he already spend 5 keys, but i was ok with that, from the moment its only 5 keys and not 70/100$.
He send trade invite, he put the knife+5 keys+.... the M4 Howl, but not the one i traded him, a field tested one instead of my minimal wear, again a scamm attemp from him. very low.

Nothing :/ just close it maybe....

He does admit that you should have looked at the trade before accepting. So for me that is proof that he knew he was offering your the wrong knife in the trade. Not necessarily a quickswitch but just being deceptive in the trade.

Well its really a dick move of him to have quickswitched the stuff so if I'm right valve states by clicking accept you acknowledge that you are willing to exchange the items you added for the items the other party added.

So I think your stuff are lost which sucks but still hopefully this guy gets a bad steamrep from this
