What happened? Description:

The accused added me after I bumped my steam trades. He said that he wanted to trade keys for my Huntsman Night FT. He said he wanted to make sure that it wasn't a fake knife and asked me to trade it to one of my friends to make sure. I traded it to a good friend and he confirmed that my friend had got it. He then told my friend to trade it back but he used an alt account to impersonate me with the same name and steam profile picture. My friend being naive and having never traded before did not see the multiple warnings saying that he was not friends with this person. The person then instantly removed both of us as friends.​

Provide Evidence:

The 1st is the main chat I had with the accused and the chat I had with my friend. The 2nd and 3rd are the same. The 4th is my friends inventory afterwards. The 5th is my trade with my friend. The 6th is the chat my friend had with the accused and the trade offer from the fake profile. The last is the trade with the fake profile.​

Same guy added me, glad I looked him up on Steamrep before it went any further.

THIS GUY IS TRYING TO DO THE SAME THING TO ME. He said the exact same thing "Is your knife glitched or bugged?", "Do you have a friend?"

I'm gonna try to record him when my sis gets on later today and see if he still wants to trade. My sis lives in the same house so we will be able to talk to eachother and make sure it's the knife. I hope this guy gets f✿✿✿✿✿✿ trade banned...he will lose a lvl 41 account. LOL.

He tried the exact same thing with me Pic of the half of the conversation where he asked if it was "bugged"

He added me, we haven't spoken but he was probably going to do the same thing to me.

Hey everyone, he added my friend (SaintSlothington) doing the same thing, requested that he traded the item to a friend (me), i got a friend request from him, and me, being level 100, having SR admins and pro players on friends and everything, i knew he wasnt going to try and pull it off, but he got angry instead.

Same thing happened to me last night, lost my butterfly knife. Sigh
