What happened? Description:

I was trying to sell my ak Fire Serpent for paypal money on CsGo Lounge .
He added me , told he ouldn't go first because I didn't have enough rep and he had more , he sent me some screenshots of his history paypal and bitcoin.I checked is steam rep,it seemed alright so I thought I could try since he has good reps and stuff.
He then told me we had to trade on his alt account because his main was trade locked , I checked and it was right , I couldn't trade with him.

So he added me on his 2nd account and deleted me from his first account , I thought it was normal he just didn't want me in his list twice.His second account now is Majestic.

We agreed on 82% of market price , he offered 62 dollars , or about 50euros .
So I sent him my paypal email and we started the trade , I sent him the ak , and he said he was sending the money.After telling me to refresh , he just logged off , kicked me from his friendlist and blocked me.

I checked paypal and there is still nothing , so I got scammed , the ak is apparentlty still on his account and he bragged about having it to a guy of his friendlist.​

Story Time

So i was added on steam by Traxefy (Victim) to ask me about the other guy (Scammer) , if i can vouch for him , or if he is tursted as he traded with me in the past

As you can see in the Screenshot , i told him the best way is to use a middleman !

After ~20 min the victim told me he was scammed by this guy , was a bit skeptical in the beggining , but than he gave me all the proofs - chat log screens , even shared the screen via skype
to show me trading history with the Scammer


On the other hand the scammer - http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198013248037 , asked me to buy his 29 keys that he just got from the scammed weapon

He sent me trade offer for the keys , and waited for me to pay him @ skrill

I don't want to scam scam anyone (not even the scammer ) in no circumstances but what's my option now ?

I'm willing to give 29 keys back to victim and raffle another my own 30 keys for other scamming victims !

Is anything being done , or can he just keep scamming people?
I mean it's already been weeks and not even an answer , we have proof but nothing like really nothing has ben done.
The good thing is he now trnasfered his items and all the things that have value so banning him this late will just annoy him but he won't lose anything.
