What happened? Description:

I added this guy , to sell him some buds. We discused and i said i will sell you 1bud + 13 keys at 1.8$ , he accepted. I gave him items and he didn't send money.​

Yeah, I was just messing with him since he's a scammer, was going to give back his items but just wanted to make sure I traded him the keys I got from him.
Unfortunately this guy was too impatient and reported me before I could trade them back.

Reported cannot revoke a report even if the accused repaid his scam ever since.
This is done to prevent scammers to pay back their victims in case if they managed to save enough evidence to get scammer banned.
Howerer I'M NOT A SR STAFF TO JUDGE THIS, I ONLY SAID WHAT I'VE READ IN SR RULES AND I MIGHT BE WRONG QUOTING THEM.

Sounds like a bullshit excuse, to be honest.
Keys traded away 28.08@22:48, keys traded back 28.08@23:28.
Long forty minutes right there.
And don't get me started with "scamming a scammer is okay" bullshit, it's still a scam nevertheless.
I'M NOT SR STAFF, SO IT'S JUST MY OPINION, YOU'LL NEED SR MOD'S REPLY TO CLARIFY THIS CASE.

There was an indication that the reported user was planning on repaying before threatened with a report.
