    What happened? Description:
    A level 200 account buyer added me while I was talking to a few other buyers.
    He offered the second best deal but I took his because he seemed most trustworthy. especially with his level 200 account.
    He convinced me to do the trade. I sent him my knife, he then tried to get me to restart steam so I wouldn't be able to see his chat. He then unfriended and blocked me.​

    I also think that it is appalling that he has not been banned yet. he has 3 archived report now. How has steamrep let him get away with this? also, he has a web of accounts used to traffic the items around. iclduding:
