    Report Type: [Rep Fraud] Impersonation with intent to defraud
    Virtual item type involved: [CSGO] Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Items

    Accused profile: 76561197969852156

    Victim profile: 76561198127904903

    What happened? Description:
    His friend added me and offered me 110$ for my Butterfly Knife| Blue Steel (WW - value 115) I refused his offer, he increased to 120$ then I refused again, and finally offered 130$. I accepted thinking to profit, he said he will buy some PaySafeCards codes, after ~2 hours he came back with the "codes" we decided that the middleman will be my cousin. I added him and my cousin in a group chat, he said twice that he can't see the chat and relloged, when he came back after few seconds he made a group chat with him,me and my fake cousin the fake cousin traded me in a private chat, seeing him online, but I didn't accepted any friend request from that guy. He traded me, I checked even the mail, because I had not much time. The acused info I put is the scammer that impersonated my cousin. The scammer that firstly added me and offered me 130$ info:

    I'm very sorry that I fastly panicated and closed all chats.
    But, after few days I've got scammed, his 2 friends of the scammer added me to betray the 2 scamers, they told me their info:

    The guy with offer: Cristian Vasile, Romania, Brasov, Brasov, Neighborhood: 9, School: Unirea, Highschool: Economic
    The guy with impersonating: Andrei Iosif, same.

    I will tell my cousin and the 2 of scammer friends to CONFIRM.
    They told me that they have a list of 12 people to scamm, If I can, I would please them to confirm with their stories too.​

    He tried to scam me aswell, had an email trick to accept the trade and then forward the confirmation mail to his email address, where he could accept it on his own.

    In case if you still happen to have unedited evidence, please contact me and this will be re-opened.

    You can report the user to Valve instead
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accused profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT

    With that in mind, there isn't enough evidence to prove the accused is guilty of wrongdoing.
