    Report Type: [Money] PayPal scam or scam attempt
    Virtual item type involved: [TF2] Team Fortress 2 Items

    Accused profile: 76561197972264712

    Victim profile: 76561198023035832

    What happened? Description:
    I was currently selling keys via paypal and had gotten added from this person to purchase 40 keys from me. We agreed and he had promised he sent the money to me and I had received it initially. Time went by and I sent him the keys, then after I got a notification that a refund was processed from the same person, which I immediately contacted the person and had gotten this response back once confronting him about the situation.

    There had also been a report made moments before I had posted my rep on his page from another user about the same issue.

    This user contacted me reporting the same issue and had discussed the situation about the same person who had refunded.

    I spoke to him afterwards just now and he resent the money this time. I told him to do likewise for the other recipient that had gotten the same treatment as I did.

    Images below

    however, I wish to ask to keep this open incase if this happens again, the other person r3k0 has filed a report as well that he stated to me minutes ago, so I hope everything after that will be fully addressed.

    You can't just make reports to scare someone into following thru with something - that isn't how this works.
    @cpg
    Please provide a full screen shot of your Trade Inventory History for last few days to present (NOT TRADE OFFER!!)- open this with a web browser, move your mouse over the users name in question so it shows up the hypertext popup URL at the bottom of the screen - take the screen shot DO NOT edit it in anyway and upload. Also need a screen shot of your Paypal ACTIVITY (not Summary) for let’s say the last several days full screen DO NOT edit this shot in anyway. Upload here.

    Didn't ask for a gif image... just a basic screenshot as described.
    But just so I know the issue was resolved in how much time? Any other communication with the user?

    other than me recommending to undo his refund onto the other user, that was all the communication I got left. It was resolved in about 2 hours, but I am probably suspecting he will refund again to me. I tried contacting him again to ask if he could just give the keys back but he had logged off after that. He still has me added.
