Basically TheSuperCow added me offering games for my stuff. I told him there was nothing I was looking for, but we can try to make a deal for some spare stuff I have. He then tells me that I have to send my stuff first because it's the only way he trades. He refuses to use Steam Trade, and his excuse was that he gives his brother the items, who gives him money. He then buys the games and trades them. After telling him that this seems like a scam and I will be reporting him to SR, he asked me not to report him and that he will get his brother to add me and trade me. Then he deleted me, so I tried to add him again, and now I'm blocked.

Very suspicious. Will mark him with a caution. Thanks, as always, for the report.
