What happened? Description:

User added me saying he was interested in buying my knife for 280 keys. He then asked me to give the knife to a friend so he could see it wasn't duped, the usual scam. I played along and got a friend involved in order to get him reported sufficiently. Soon enough, he'd made a fake account of both me and my friend who I said I'd given the knife to (obviously I hadn't). He then requested to trade with me on the fake account of my friend. He also traded with my friend with the fake account of me, obvious impersonation scam.​

he tried doing the same thing on me. here's the pictures. He blocked me after the last comment

Just tried to do the same to me now, before I checked here. This guy needs jesus in his life.

He just tried to do the same with me, too lazy to provide screens but I vouch for him being a scammer.

It just happened to me. Lost my €100 knife. Asked me to give to a friend so he could verify this item was trade able. I gave it to a real life friend but he wasn't experienced enough to see he was trading a fake profile afterwards... (http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198143551676). Steamrep didn't seem to work while doing this trade for god knows what reasons and I saw to late he was a scammer. He would pay me €105 through skrill, he seemed very nervous and worried about the trade. Turns out he's a very good actor with a 9 year old steam profile.
