    Description:
    I made the mistake of selling this person 2 buds for $70 last night. He went first, everything was fine. I trusted him enough due to the fact that he was an admin of a Asian community, which did have around 600 members in it, plus a perfectly clean Steamrep to boot. Today I logged onto Paypal to find that the money sent has been held. I've included Screenshots of the trade with him, along with the Paypal transaction, and the trade he has up on Tf2outpost.     Did you talk to the person about this? Sometimes the "Held" status can happen temporarily by PayPal when they're not sure about the origin and not because they charged back. When you look at the details, does it give you any additional info about the Hold?

    Ahh yes, sorry. It said he claimed that the action was taken by somebody other than him (Or rather, an Unauthorized payment). I wish I still had the screen, however I filed against the dispute and it no longer shows it.I'll attempt to add him and see what's up in any case.
