What happened? Description:

while it was cheap on the market. The user offered me PayPal for the knife and once I traded it to him he blocked me and has changed his account name and profile names multiple times. I have attached an image of our chat log and can provide any proof you need.

I forgot to include this image to show who I got the knife from and that I traded it to him from my inventory. I also attached an image showing he blocked me along with his current profile.

When he traded with me he went by Blameitonme!

He is going to scam other users now. He has made his profile public again but still has both my accounts blocked.

He has 6 friends total. Two of which I believe to be bogus and are probably the ones he trades the items he steals to. These are the two I believe are bogus:

Now he's trying to make his profile more legit by listing one key multiple times on his profile page even though his inventory has one key.

Profile http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198156739307 seems to be legit and I jumped at judging it it seems.

User threatened to hijack my account and DDoS me.

His CSGOLounge profile has lost 2 rep in the past hour.

His rep has gone down again and his profile is private again but he spammed numbers to cover up names he used. See screenshot.

Here is my PayPal as of 10:11PM CST on 7/12/2015. I covered my account numbers and names of people that bought items off of eBay from me but you can see my balance and no money has been given by the scammer.

After almost two weeks Valve got back to me with what I suspected. This user is going to get away with scamming. He has again changed his profile ID and name. This scumbag needs to be punished. I replied to Valve in hopes of getting him banned. For anyone that views this, please click on his profiles and report him for trade scamming. Thank you

I replied to Steam asking if the user will get a trade banned and they replied with the following message.

He's changed his profile information again but hasn't taken it off private from what I've seen.

He's spam changing his name and avatar. He's still logging into the account so I can only imagine he is still actively scamming:

Nothing has changed. Any profile I've made to add him gets blocked. Last time he logged in was the 16th of this month. He hasn't changed his account name since July 31st so he must be using another account to scam with.

He's back to scamming using the same account but has changed his country and name multiple times again. Once garbage, always garbage.

I was able to do the web browser with a screenshot but I use PayPal often and couldn't screenshot that big of a timeframe. I've attached a PDF that goes from 7-1-2015 until 8-1-2015. Please let me know if you need more information.
