What happened? Description:

i was selling him csgo keys he wanted to buy 60 and we decided to do 10 at a time , we did so 5 times while his payments being slow but i lived with it , then at 6th batch he made some story about his wallet being slow or sth and that it will take him some time to pay , since he have huge reputation on btctalk i didnt have a problem and didnt suspect , now almost 24 hours later he refuses to pay for the last batch using the 2 UNCONFIRMED reports i have on my profile as an excuse saying he doesnt trade with potential scammers .
when confronted with the fact he already traded with me and even holds the last 10 keys he havent paid for yet he used an argument i have with another member from btctalk and the fact we are having problems in a trade we made and now he is refusing to pay "untill i sort my issues with that member"​

i dont know how to view steam history so im unable to provide the initial trade agreement but you can see in the provided screens he admits he REFUSE to pay​

This user also have two other steamrep reports for him scamming yet nothing has been done.

On top of that, he has multiple scam accusations and negative ratings on bitcointalk.

I had no intentions of taking his 10 keys without paying, but after I found out what he had done to the other user on bitcointalk, I decided to confront him.

Based on the conversation I had with him, I confirmed that he is refusing to complete the transaction with the other party he had scammed. I told him I would pay him once he has resolved the issues with the other party.

Please note that I clearly stated that I refuse to pay him until he resolves the issue where he scammed another steam user that also happened to be a member of bitcointalk.

But it doesn't seem like OP has any intention of resolving the matter, and it seems like he has recently scammed multiple times despite the unconfirmed reports he already has from last year. This system is broken if scammers like him can still be wondering around scamming people without repercussion.
