Description: Scammer and I arrange a deal where we trade a Runescape account for TF2 items. We use a trusted middleman from a very popular runescape trading site ( http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1153058 - MM vouch page, very trusted ). The trade is successful , I receive my account, scammer receives his items. 10 minutes later the account becomes "Locked" (you can see above), this means that the "scammer" has attempted to recover the account back. I manage to unlock the account, and continue to play. We discuss the issue and I assume it was because the changes in ip had caused an automated lock. Again, 10 minutes later the account becomes locked again. This time I discuss it with the MM directly. In the Skype conversation, "Marco" aka "The Scammer" tells "Stui", the trusted middleman ( in a 3 way conversation ) that the account had been locked. The MM requested that he return the items while we sort things out. The Scammer proceeded to agree, remove me as well as the trusted MM, and removed me from steam. If there's any more information you need to convince this case, please say so below.

I also requested that the Middleman, Stui, report him on the Trusted Runescape Trading Site "Sythe.org".

While I sincerely thank you for posting this report and I will make a private note about this, this entire trade is outside of our jurisdiction. I'm sorry I could not help you further but thank you very much for the report.
