    What happened? Description:
    This guy popped into my friends list and offered me cash for a trade.
    He used this site( http://tf2-trader.com/index.php?topic=30053.0 ) for evidence he was a good , trustworthy trader.

    2. Click "More" drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose "Report Violation"
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click "Submit Report".
