What happened? Description:

Checked his CSGOLounge listing, a minimal wear frontside misty for keys. I went to his inventory and offered him 7 keys for it, but accidentally selected a well worn frontside worth roughly £5 less than the minimal wear one. I sent him a trade offer for my keys back because I realised what I had done and tried to add him but he blocked me.​

Really sorry this guy is wasting your time. I know the codes of conduct and what's legal and not so and the only thing I can be righteously accused of is being tough in this situation. However the attempted tarnishing of my account and reputation leaves me unwilling to be nice on this occasion, something I frequently am with users who have made mistakes with me.
