What happened? Description:

So "Dartheroni" adds me. He asks me if I'm trading my knife. I say, "yes I am", and ask him to offer. He says he'll do it for cash. I say, ok, a few minutes later he says that he will do it for $230, which is about $20-$30 over the market price of my knife. At this point I'm wary of him being a scammer, but I go along with it. I ask him if we will do it over paypal. He says that we will do it over "Steam guard". He makes up BS about remembering a gift code so that I can put $230 in my wallet. At this point I'm 100% sure that he's a scammer. So he send me a trade offer with a bunch of text that looks like it is from steam. This trade offer has my knife on what he wants, and a random low value Tec 9 skin on his side. I send a trade offer back, telling him that he is a scammer and he will be reported to steamrep. I tell him that, and then he calls me a scammer, trying to make me give him my knife?​
