    What happened? Description:
    Said he'd pay me £35 for a Dead Presidents Bolted Bicorne , had reputable steam profile and steamrep and was my first money trade. Won't be doing it anymore.​

    Provide Evidence:
    I wont be trading with real money any more -_-

    Said he'd pay me £35 for my unusual and even seemed reputable, and then immediately blocked me after the trade offer. It seems that he's traded it away to someone else, probably a holder so that he doesnt seem suspicious. His backpack value on bp.tf suddenly spiked and dropped within minutes.     The new owner and the guy who scammed me are friends on steam, and have written on eachothers profiles. Just a band of scum really.

    Man, i didnt know the Unusual was scammed. What happened was he joined my game with the unusual and called me on skype, then he said he just got this unusual, do i want it? I said yeah, how much for it, he told me £20, and thats a pretty good deal for a first unusual, so i said yeah ill buy it, and then gave him the money for it, in real life, he lives like 5 minutes from my house
    I assure you i didnt know it was scammed, and didnt want someone to lose their stuff

    How can I trust that? I just lost £35 worth of pixels. As far as I'm concerned either I get the hat back and you get your 20 quid back
    OR
    I take one for the good of the commmunity and he gets marked on steamrep so no one else can fall victim to something as evil as that.

    Thought I would reply on here to say Joface had no part of this and what he said was true I know him in real life and offered him the unusual for real life money

    Secondly i plan on returning all items the victim lost or a upgrade in unusual if they would prefer that. I will do this tomorrow when I get the chance as it's 2 in the morning now

    Thirdly I have one active alt and it is the one Strife linked but that has nothing to do with this trade and was made because I wanted to play a new account on some games.

    Finally I hope by me doing this I show my apologies to the victim and show how I have changed and regret what I've done to the admins at SR. I hope you can see my honesty and take it into consideration when banning me.

    ~IMPORTANT UPDATE~

    I've since talked to the guy on his main account, and he has expressed sincere apology and has offered me an upgrade in unusual as a symbol of this. I've accepted this unsual and accepted his apology. I dont know if it's enough to stop a steamrep mark, but he does seem to have sincerely changed

    i messaged on my alternate account, the one i said i own. I hope this is enough to not be banned, if i am i will appeal as i think i meet all the criteria other than actually being banned.
