    What happened? Description:
    Games trade.
    I've provided gift link and Hodor didn't (and done offline).
    May be it was just misunderstanding, but anyway want to report.​

    In order to report the account to Valve, you have to:

    2. Click "More" drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose "Report Violation"
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click "Submit Report".
