    Report Type: [Money] PayPal scam or scam attempt
    Virtual item type involved: [CSGO] Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Items

    Accused profile: 76561198031092691

    Victim profile: 76561198008022707

    What happened? Description:
    He added me yesterday, I was skeptic because I did not know him, but after looking over his profile, his account actually seems legit/trustworthy. After I made the trade offer, he suddenly went offline, and it turns out he blocked me. I'll post screenshots of as much information and data as possible. I've already reported his account to steam and opened a support ticket.​

    Provide Evidence:
    Attached are 3 screenshots of our full and complete conversations, the "Confirmed" Trade offer, and my current paypal status about 40 minutes after this took place.
    If there's any other information/evidence y'all need, just let me know. Also, about 3-5 minutes after the "trade" went down, my items immediately went up as an "Items for Trade" on his profile.
