    the admins are also busy with other cases, it may take a couple of hours or so depending on how many cases they have to go through. be patient they are getting to you asap.

    d0vh, I'm not sure if you're aware of this but all of the SteamRep admins here are volunteers. We do not work for Valve and we get to reports in our free time. :( I spend a majority of my waking hours researching scam reports and handling direct reports that come in to me as well via Steam chat and email. What you see on the forums here is just part of the workload we have. I sincerely apologize if you don't believe we got to this fast enough. Because we want to be absolutely sure that the evidence we get is both valid and correct, processing scam reports takes quite a bit of time.

    Regardless, thank you for the report.
