What happened? Description:

I saw of TF2outpost.com the trader's thread. He was selling games for keys/cash. I added him and discussion commenced.

He told me "the game is untradeable and must therefore be gifted". I went first with the key payment. He told me that he will do his part after his match had finished. I came back a few hours later, (with our conversation window still opened), he had unfriended and blocked me and the item I was supposed to receive is still in his inventory.​

Provide Evidence:

The first and second picture shows our conversation. The third, fourth and fifth picture shows the original name and the changed name. The last picture shows my trade history.​

I sent in a report to valve a while ago, this guy is permanently trade banned by valve
