What happened? Description:

I added this guy from one of my cslounge offers too confirm if he did paypal. He said he did and we proceeded to continue our "Trade" however all I received was an invoice one that asked me to PAY.​

I posted this report on Nov 9, 2014 and it is now Dec 17, 2015, and nothing has been done at all, can this be looked at?
