What happened? Description:

So this guy added me for my karambit slaughter, saying that he will buy it for 350 Euro, I offered middleman but he declined my offer. So I came up with a solution, to trade my karambit slaughter for 66 keys so he can buy it in 3 groups, he pay the first group: 115 euro 2nd group I trade him the keys he pay me 115 and so on. So I traded the knife with the 66 keys then he unfriended + blocked me. I lost about 33 keys there. The items aren't there anymore, he was using his profile to trick me into thinking that he's legit, well he's not.​

I reported the scam on steam support, anyone think I can get my knife back? Do keep in mind he don't have the knife in his inventory anymore.

Here's the full message log skipped a useless part where we waited for the middleman to add us which he NEVER did.

He added screenshot in his profile. And one thing to add, I never intended to trade 66 keys with him, so I am being scammed.

Before you reject this post, I just wanted to say that the buyer asked for fast cash trade, if I didn't do the 66 keys, I would've lost my knife for nothing. Then again I should've never did this trade in the first place. FYI, after the scam his inventory was replaced with random junks, typical scammer... And when I traded with him it showed a warning that other people reported him for scamming, so this isn't the first time he did it. Also he changed his custom url after this post.
