The situation is pretty simple. I've made some offers in different places that I want to trade my TF2key+ref for Humble Indie Bundle 5($1 without Bastion), after short conversation we had a trade and he gave me Humble Bundle Mojam ($0.01) instead. I asked him if he mistaken or something else but he ignored/blocked me since then.

One of the reasons we (and Valve) discourage game key trades is because most of them are scams. They are also usually very difficult to prove but in this case, it's clear he knowingly gave you the wrong bundle. I highly recommend to only deal with tradeable games in the future.
