This user sent me a trade offer saying if I accept, there will automatically be $74 USD entered into my steam wallet.​

nichi offered you a trade.
If you accept the trade offer from nichi you will recieve on you're wallet $74,00USD.
It will be added as you accept the trade offer from nichi.
If your Steam Wallet is desabled because you didn't buy anything from Steam Store,
Steam Weller will unlock automatically.
Steam Guard: Your account will be credited the amount of $74,00USD, the money will
be available after the exchange.
If you refuse the exchange amount will be refunded to the buyer. Sincerely
administration of the steamcommunity.
