Allright, so this guy was my friend since Decemberish. He had a white bills and told me he needed another item in bills value, so in this case, my Strange Festive Sniper Rifle. He said that he would trade me a $25 Visa Gift Card for my S.F Sniper so I went around, looking for middlemen. This was in the nighttime so I couldn't really find any, I stumbled across Jailbait, I asked Jailbait to middleman and she/he said no. She/he doesn't do giftcard trades, after about 15 minutes of talking, we agree on him giving me card, and then the S.F Sniper. He gives me the code and it doesn't work. He says there is a 24 Hr. Wait time before you can use it. I personally have bought a few Visa Giftcards from grocery stores and the cashier would always say you need to wait 24 Hrs, so I thought allright this guys legit. After another 15 or so minutes we continue talking and he starts whining and he mentions he is going on vacation and that he will come back on wed, which is yesterday. Don't forget that part, thats one of the most important parts. Anyways I start to think that he will report me as a scammer and everyone will believe him etc etc. even though the card didn't work. I have seen a couple of threads here and it didn't seem too easy to get an appeal here, so I went with my naive gut and gave the guy the S.F Sniper. After 5 minutes of talking he went offline to sleep. The next day I see him in my friends list, online and I say, shouldn't you be on vacation? He says hes going etc. The day after that, It says hes still online but when I chat with him, it says hes offline. I log out and look at his profile and it says hes online. He blocked me. He "returns" yesterday, acting all friendly, I tell him he scams me and then he tells me that our friendship was worth the free weapon etc etc (Proof of that is in the video). I try to keep him stalling while I find a recording program. Anyways a day after, (today) I ask jailbait and she/he says with the video of him confessing, it was good evidence. I sent a report to Steam Admins and they banned him for 2 weeks. I want him to get a tag or something because in 2 weeks that "Banned By Valve" thing will be gone and he will be on the streets, scamming again. Also, he asks me if we can still be friends. Wtf?!

The video looks blurry at first but you have to click the different times bar so it forcuses. Atleast thats what I have to do.
