    Scam Report

Report Type: [Money] PayPal scam or scam attempt
Virtual item type involved: [TF2] Team Fortress 2 Items

    Accused profile: 76561198045025974 ()

    Victim profile: 76561198029352880

    What happened? Description:
I was added by a user named BooM shortly after I had bumped a trade on TF2Outpost of my Professional S.F Grenade Launcher. He told me he was interested, and was willing to buy it through a Paypal transaction. As he said he sent the payment, I checked my Paypal only to see that it was simply an invoice that was sent. He tried to play it off saying he had $60 removed from his account and acted as if it were an error of some degree. When I called him out for it being an invoice rather than a payment, he promptly removed me from Steam.

    Hello @ipodragon

Sorry for the delay, unfortunately your report cannot be processed further because it lacks vital evidence (PayPal screenshot does not follow the requirements, same issue with the second image you uploaded)
In the future please follow the requirements which you can see here; https://forums.steamrep.com/threads/report-submission-fundamentals.169802/ https://forums.steamrep.com/threads/screenshot-guide-requirements.157969/
With that in mind, there isn't enough evidence to prove the accused is guilty of wrongdoing.

    Regardless, thank you for reporting.
