    What happened? Description:
    on backpack.tf this guy was selling a bunch of halloween spells for 14 ref each and he said for no one to add him so i bought the item for the price specified in the trade offer. well the trade offer was accepted by both parties but the spell was turned out to be a glitched item and i did not get my spell. im not asking for my ref back, i just want him trade banned.​

    Provide Evidence:
    this was the trade offer that had been agreed on and i did not recieve my item you can check out all the items that i have in my inventory to see that none of the items i have contain the halloween spell.​
