go to inventory history and count the amount of keys traded, take a picture and post it here.

this can also be investigated via tf2items which I will do in a minute

what item did you trade for?

We agreed to trade 12 keys for 30 ref. Im not sure what you mean with the inventory history

Go to Community > Profile > Your inventory > Inventory history (top right, below pending gifts) and take a screenshot of that.
