    What happened? Description:
    He said he was selling keys for 1.80 USD via paypal, I said alright I will go first but I will pay for 5 keys (9 USD) he then takes the money and trades me but cancels trade and he has not replied since.​

    Provide Evidence:
    I clicked X on the steam chat.. f✿✿✿ me. His name is robert James. Slighty afterwards I bought keys off market because I really need keys.
