What happened? Description:

Looking on bazaar.tf, the accused has traded away a Nice Winter Crate 2013 away.
The accused, after a comment was posted on his trade about this, closed the trade.
The accused has admitted to targeting those without the prior knowledge of the ability to open the crate.​

Isn't this sharking? (Which is still wrong)
Also, why is the attached files in zip? (Maybe an admin would check a zip file, but normally it's public screenshots)

BTW Jason, if an admin does consider this a scam, then we have a raffle issue

I had to know if this was a scam or a shark. Outpost mod considers it neither!

A flipping scrap? Why should anyone give a toss about that. I'm no expert on this, but honestly I believe this might be an over-reaction asking for a tradeban over 2 weapons.
