What happened? Description:

Basically he said he would pay 57 euros for my Huntsman Knife Urban Masked FT and a key (looked legit, it was a couple euros less than market price). I didn't want to at first, but he linked his steamrep yesterday and it was clean, level 31 and stuff, I began to convice myself a bit; he said we would talk on teamspeak, here's the IP: 188.40.52.207, and we did. I thankfully took a screenshot of our agreement on steamchat + trade. As soon as I clicked "offer", he accepted, closed steam, disconnected from teamspeak, and left me there (of course he didn't send money on paypal). If anything is missing, please do tell me, I will provide it to you. I would just like to get this guy banned, and, possibly, my knife back. Thank you.​

I need a picture of your all activity screen from Paypal for the past month. I need to see the url bar at the top of the page.

Sorry for the numerous questions, but I'm new to SteamRep and I don't know how this works; is there even a remote chance I can get my items back? If not, I understand, I just wanted to know. Also, what would happen to the scammer? Thanks in advance.

Well, I checked out of pure curiosity and apparently this guy is still not banned. It's been 2 years people, he is Valve banned but don't you think he deserves a steamrep ban too? Heh.
