Before saying anything, keep in mind scamming is scamming no matter what.

I paid for the Luger from a friend (that happened to scam it, which I was unaware of at the time I bought it) and Longfellowdeeds added me (the original owner). Even if it's the original owner of the item, he doesn't have the right to scam an item I paid for from me. I appriciate if you don't bring up other cases, this is a different one and not related to my past. I appriciate you judge this with no preferences. And don't forget you defend not scamming. If you don't consider this because it's coming from an ex-scammer, it's because you don't defend what you believe in correctly.

Judge this as any other common case.

I accidently closed the window of the chat, after the scam occured, but I got a picture of Longfellowdeeds before, agreeing with the deal and trade history.

Once again, judge this in this particular case and do not bring up any older cases, because if you do denie me the chance of reporting a scam, you're only protecting the trusted people from being scammed.

Your paypal/ whatever payment method history would be a really good thing to have, this isn't enough evidence to convict even the shadiest Russian scam attempt.

I would like to state for the record that JPRAS is not an ex-scammer as I added another offense to him this past weekend. I also officially recuse myself from this case and will allow another admin to handle this.

Suttles, are you going to denie you did it? Because one thing is to scam an item back from the scammer, but I bought that Luger for 700$ from G&P.

Here's my paypal history, with the transfer to G&P and where it shows that there's no payment received by Longfellowdeeds.

But you don't show the agreement between you and Longfellow..? His chat is not conclusive

While I don't have those chatlogs, I do have a screenie which Sneeza provided to me, where Longfellowdeeds confirms he came to me to buy it. I also just spoke with Suttles from another account of mine, where he removes me after not being able to explain how he appears in my trade history. I think it proves that they are both involved.

I'd be glad to confirm that the Anon. 6877 account is mine.
