What happened? Description:

This guy has an post on SourceOP (http://forums.sourceop.com/threads/163726-20-keys-1-75-each-paypal?prefixid=sop_wtb) that he is buying TF2 keys , so i add him to sell home keys .
I checked his rep on SourceOP (his rep thread here : http://forums.sourceop.com/threads/144185-Err0r-s-rep-thread?highlight=) , i check him on steam rep , dosen;t had any reports or bans or something like this , he also have a Steamtrades post with 51 positive comment's + a lot of +reps on his steam profile for real money transactions , so i thought is an legit buyer/seller and will be fine to go first . We agreed for 7 TF2 keys first until he saw my Dota2 inventory and told me he will buy Dota2 keys too . I had only 8 Dota2 keys tadeble at that moment and he told me is gonna buy those 8 for 2.3$ each. I asked for 2 different transaction ( btw great ideea at that point ) and he agreed with 1 transaction for TF2 keys and one for Dota2 keys . I traded to him first those 7 TF2 keys , after the trade was made he told me he need those dota keys fast because he has a buyer for them and is gonna give me the TF2 keys back and will pay for dota2 keys ( as a first transaction) .
After i traded those dota2 keys and get back my TF2 keys he never payed for the keys . He told me the payment was sent but i didn't recived any money . Also told me is gonna make a PrintScreen of the transaction and send it to me , but after that he never answear me again .
I'm sorry for my english and i hope you will understand what i wrote above .​
