THE VICTIM IS NOT A VICTIM, IT IS THE SR MARKED SCAMMER THE ACCUSED KNOWINGLY TRADED WITH. The accused is a very experienced trader and very familiar with the marked person they traded with as well as the status of cranwell. They should have easily known to to make the trade.​

I would've expected him to know better, honestly. Both him and the user he traded with are fairly active members of backpack.tf's forums- he likely knew he was trading with someone who was marked.

Especially with cranwell saying "Do it, I dare you", It seems very plausible that he made the trade knowingly.

I never really check with who i'm trading...
I just accepted it because it had the things i wanted...

Also, it was a accident.
I think i should get a caution mark on my sr profile for like 3 years or something (3 - 10 years)

additional proof the two involved were at least familiar with one another (beyond being frequent users of the same forums).

I don't know anything about him beyond that he's a forum user. People there like to be as friendly as possible.

I just wanted to share i sold it, at first i thought WTF? Why is cranwell96 commenting : "Enjoy your ban."
Then i found out he was marked ;-;
TL;DR I wanted to sell a unusual, i got a trade offer from cranwell96, just accepted it because it had 43 tickets.

Also, when will inulover get banned? He is a obvious alt.

why do you want inulover banned, for reporting you? I handled my report from him in a better fashion, complaining about him being an alt will not help your case here
