What happened? Description:

He said that he will give me steam credit after the trade, i believed him becaused he shows me a receipt. i will attatch a link. The link i attach is his 4th trade offer. His previous ones which i dont have anymore, were me giving him my items and he giving me credit afterwards. now he wont give me steam credit, and he is trying to blackmail me. He is saying that i have to give him another free item (autographed doomling) in order to complete the trade and get the $20 he promised. He now has my whalehook and baby roshan as hostage and he is threatening me that he will sell them and i will never get his money unless i give him more free items. unfortunaley i dont have the chatlog anymore​

Bad news:
you won't get your items back (unless he changes his mind and give them back, which I highly doubt)
Steam wallet money are impossible to attach to steam trade offer.

This is user side error. So I doubt you'll get back your items.

.... Some scammers give them back to avoid a sr ban. They end up with a ban so. It still helps to give the items back........
