Can you please provide us with uncropped, unedited screenshots of your chat with the accused, showing their agreement to pay the amount you requested for the keys?

Additionally we need the full, unedited screenshots showing All activity in your PayPal history. From your payment history page, select All Activity from the drop-down menu and make sure the dates include the date right before the transaction, as well as today's date. Take a full, uncropped screenshot of this history, and then take full uncropped screenshots of the details for each transaction in dispute.

We also need an uncropped, unedited version of your inventory history; it should cover the date of the transaction up until today.

From your inventory history, click on the profile name of the person you traded with. Take a screenshot of this profile, with the URL bar visible. If you don't have the URL bar visible within Steam, please enable it. To enable the URL bar, go to View -> Settings -> Interface. Check the box next to Display Steam URL address bar when available.

Upload all screenshots directly to the forums in a reply to this thread without cropping or editing them in any way.
