What happened? Description:

He offered to buy betting skins for csgolounge and wanted to pay me 14 euro for my AWP Graphite via skrill, but the payment wasnt done by him and i recived no money​

I'm not a scammer, and i'd guess you already know that.
I sent it to the requested skrill account. Either the money didnt go through and something went wrong.
I've added you on Steam to discuss further about what wen't wrong, and maybe return the item if you can provide more proof you didn't recieve the money.
And btw, it was paypal we used? Not Skrill? Or then i misunderstood you?

I've contacted the reporter, and we made out a deal.
It wasn't a scam. It was a misunderstanding.

He broke first deal paying me 14€ via skrill and blocked me right after trade.
After seeing this report he offered me giving back my graphite or paying the 14€, decided by if he won the csgolounge bet with the graphite.
He also broke this deal. And now he offered me "5 keys or get nothing" (screenshot provided by himself), but still 2 keys are missing for proper refund
Until then its still scam of a lower value then orginal.

Im refunded properly now case can be closed

this case is done since march he sent keys to refund my lost awp graphite

never used skrill besides this trade
and there was a skrill screen in the orginal report
minimal effort to translate "guthaben" to "balance"

The email are not the same on the skrill account screenshot and the email provided in the steam chat.

"felix" and "ludik" are swapped.
