He skyped me and showed me he was sending the paypal money so we traded and he just took the unusual and blocked all communications with me.​

the guy appears to have gone off steam after he cashed out then he blamed me for nothing.

i would like an admin to investigate or close this report because i cannot do cash deals with this steam report open.
