What happened? Description:

So, this person played with me on a server, when he found out that i had an unusual. He then added me and told me that he wanted to buy my unusual. I told him how much he would pay, but he didn't answer, instead he told me that he could pay me Steam Wallet Money through an app called ''Enhanced Steam'' on Google Chrome, i refused and asked him if he would pay in items. He said yes but started telling me how corrupt they are and how the price weren't real and therefor it would be easier to do it through steam. I were suspicious but thought i would give it a try. I then downloaded the app to Google Chrome and everything seemed ok, then he started discussing the price. He started out with 10 Euro... Wth? Then i said that i were selling it for 15 keys and than 15 keys x2= the ammount of Euro's it would cost. He then asked if we could do 25 Euro but i refused and we agreed to let it be 30 Euro. RIGHT after i said yes a trade offer were made where it gave me a code and all i had to was to click ''Accept Offer''. I then asked a guy called VoxDei if he knew if it was legit and we got to the agreement that it wasn't. Then i started copying the chat and sent it to Vox. After telling him that i would report him he started complaining, actually really good. But not good enough.​

Hey, just to add to this and support Tags here.
He had messaged me to ask if it was legit and sent me the screenshot I attached.
I told him it was a scam, so it was narrowly avoided.

From what I understand Shadowinter claimed that this chrome extension is a safe way to transfer money for items. The extension handles the trade, takes the item for the buyer and transfers the money to the seller automatically. Obviously it is a fraud so I told him to report him on SteamRep.

I hope this makes it a little bit clearer.
