What happened? Description:

I'm really not sure whether to report this, but the other reports also mentioned that this guy really seemed genuine. Whether he is or isn't is not an opinion I can give, but he claims his account was hijacked and he only got it back a couple of weeks ago (except there is a pending report that was posted yesterday). I thought best to post this here just in case. Don't want more people getting scammed :/​

I can confirm he is lying to save his own butt. He ripped off a friend of mine (Furpnurp, who already submitted an archived report) on Thursday of last week and at least a dozen other unusual owners since then. The only reason he's got rep on his profile is because he intentionslly makes people go first and immediately hides in private to give them zero chance to delete it. Don't trade him a single thing: he's a scumbag who won't pay a cent and he's deceived numerous people who are now out to see him get punished by Valve.

I got scammed saturday for my entire tf2 backpack. He said he would give me $115 dollars. Guess what? He didn't. I reported him to the FBI's partner, IC3 for fraud. I also linked steamrep and his profile etc. so he can get busted and possibly have jailtime or simply have to pay up. I haven't gotten a response back yet, but I hope justice is served.
